We offer FREE size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Free pickup from your doorstep
✔ No exchange shipping charges
✔ New item dispatched within 2–3 working days after inspection
📦 How to Request an Exchange

- Share your order number, item name, and required size
- We arrange a free pickup from your address
- Once received, your replacement is dispatched
📋 Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for exchange:
- Request must be made within 7 days ✔
- Item must be unworn and unwashed ✔
- Original tags must be attached ✔
- Item must be in original condition ✔
❌ Non-Eligible Items
- Worn or washed items
- Missing tags
- Damage due to customer use
- Exchange requests after 7 days

If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
