Complete Exchange Process — Step by Step

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Make sure your item meets the following conditions before requesting an exchange:

Step 2: Contact Us on WhatsApp

  • 📦 Your order number
  • 👕 Product name and current size
  • 🔄 The new size you want
  • 📸 A photo of the item (to confirm condition)
  • 📍 Your complete delivery address for pickup

Step 3: Free Pickup Arranged

Once your exchange request is confirmed:

  • We will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep through our courier partner
  • You will receive pickup details via WhatsApp
  • Please keep the item packed and ready for the courier
  • Pickup usually happens within 1–2 working days of your request

Step 4: Item Received & Inspected

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets exchange conditions
  • You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once inspection is complete
  • This usually takes 1 working day

Step 5: New Size Dispatched

After successful inspection:

  • Your requested size will be dispatched within 2–3 working days
  • You will receive a new tracking number via WhatsApp and email
  • Delivery timeframes apply as per our Shipping Policy

What If My Size Is Not Available?

In the rare case that your requested size is out of stock:

  • We will notify you immediately via WhatsApp
  • You can choose a different available size
  • Or wait until the size is restocked (we will update you)

Exchanges NOT Accepted If:

  • ❌ Exchange request made after 7 days of delivery
  • ❌ Item has been worn or washed
  • Tags removed from the item
  • ❌ Item shows signs of damage or misuse
  • ❌ Item is not in original condition

Received Wrong or Defective Item?

We sincerely apologize if this happened. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
